Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy Duration:
You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it, given it’s unused, in the original packaging, and with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return:
Email us at support@embuyo.com to start a return. If accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@embuyo.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Provide photos or videos to prove the damage.

Non-Returnable Items: The following types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
  • Customized products
  • Personal care goods such as beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please contact us if you have concerns regarding the return of your specific item.

Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders:
Contact us if your order is delayed or not received. We’ll investigate and may require a non-delivery certification from your local post office.

Incorrect or Missing Products:
Contact us if you received an incorrect or incomplete order. We’ll work to correct the issue through a refund, resend, or by sending the missing part.

Order Cancellation:
Full refunds are available for order cancellations made before the items are processed for shipping. Once processed, cancellations may not be possible.

Exchanges:
Return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds:
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received the refund yet, please contact us at support@embuyo.com.
